We believe that personal service is the best way to do business. Because we are a custom shop and you can have anything built to your specs, an online order form is not a good option. Speaking direct over the phone leaves the smallest chance for misunderstandings and is the easiest way to explain what you want. You will probably have some questions to ask anyways, and talking in person is the best way to get them answered quickly and correctly.

If you have a drawing of the tank and can get it to us, great. If not and the tank is simple then a conversation about the tank and details will usually suffice. We will make a simple hand drawing and take notes for our own use to ensure you get what you are looking for. On some projects, such as odd shapes and filter designs, we may request that you send us a drawing of what you would like to avoid any misunderstandings.

To place an order we will need a deposit. Generally 50%, but some projects may vary. Your lead time starts from the time this deposit is received. In general, projects are built in the order the deposits are received.

The balance is due when the product is finished and ready to be shipped, or when it is picked up.
